Microsoft Windows 2000 Administration  

This course will enable candidates to improve their knowledge and skills in order to perform administration tasks in a single-domain Microsoft Windows 2000 network. This course is suitable for people with no prior experience in system administration and can be seen as a stand-alone course, providing people with the basic knowledge of Windows 2000 Administration or as an introduction to the Windows 2000 curriculum.

Prerequisites: Proficiency in using the Windows interface to locate, create, and manipulate folders and files, and to configure the desktop environment. General knowledge of basic computer hardware components and of basic networking concepts.
